Keith Burgio

Vice President Sourcing

Keith Burgio is always on the lookout for simple solutions that can be applied on a global scale to drive better execution and outcomes. He has been in the role of Vice President, Sourcing for Cytiva since it was known as GE Healthcare Life Sciences in 2018. He has successfully led the organization to measurable improvements across security of supply, fulfillment, cost and supplier quality, while driving better alignment and partnerships with the business franchises.

Keith has applied his background and education across many industries, including energy infrastructure, oil & gas, power & water, and renewable energy. Before joining GE Healthcare, he was with GE Hydro Solutions, where he served as General Manager of Quality and Excellence and was based in Paris, France.

Keith focuses on creating high-performance teams and structures with central priorities to raise the role of quality across processes and functions. Keith believes this results in stronger financial outcomes and customer-centricity.

He started at GE in 2001 and held a variety of leadership roles across Sourcing, Quality,Operations and Acquisitions & Integrations (A&I) within multiple GE businesses before becoming part of Cytiva.

Prior to his GE, experience Keith held several roles of increasing responsibility in manufacturing and manufacturing management with Owens Corning.

Keith is a certified Master Black Belt and certified purchasing manager, or C.P.M. He earned his BS in Chemical Engineering from Clemson University and an MBA from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University.
