The electrical power requirements are 100–120 VAC, 50 or 60 Hz, 12 A; 220–240 VAC, 50 or 60 Hz, 6 A.
The logs are stored as .csv files on the SD card on the local control panel. The logs can be exported to an external computer using Ethernet or USB.

Download the logs using Ethernet
The standard IP address of the HMI is 192.168.0.2. Follow the instructions below to download the audit or data logs to an external computer.
1. Connect a computer to the Ethernet connection port on the underside of the I/O Cabinet.
2. Open a web browser on the computer.
3. Type 192.168.0.2 into the web browser address bar (1) and tap Enter. Result: The HMI Miniweb start screen opens.
4. Click the Login link in the upper left corner of the screen (2) and log in using the administrator account password. See Manage the administrator account info in FAQs section for more info.
Result: You are logged in. The link name changes to Logout.
5. Click File Browser in the left pane.
6. Click Storage Card SD in the File Browser pane
7. Locate the file you want to copy:
• The audit trail file is located in the StorageCardSD folder.
• The data log file is located in the Logs subfolder.
8. Copy the file as follows:
a. Right-click the file name, then click Save As on the shortcut menu.
b. Browse to the destination folder on your computer.
c. Click Save.
Tip: If you want to create a graph using your exported time data, verify that the computer region and language settings in Control Panel are set to English (United States). This makes sure that your time data format is compatible with Excel.
Download the logs using a USB stick
Follow the instructions below to download the audit or data logs with a USB memory stick.
1. Remove the protective cover from the USB connection port on the front of the I/O Cabinet and insert a USB memory stick into the port.
2. Log in to the local user interface using the administrator account password. See Manage the administrator account in the FAQs for more information about administrator account.
3. Tap INFO on the home screen to open the XDUO Mixer System Info screen.
4. Tap CONTROL PANEL on the XDUO Mixer System Info screen to open the Windows CE Control Panel.
5. Browse to My Computer:Storage Card SD.
6. Locate the file you want to copy and select the file.
• The audit trail file is located in the StorageCardSD folder.
• The data log file is located in the Logs subfolder.
7. On the Edit menu, click Copy.
8. Browse to My Computer:Storage Card USB.
9. 9 On the Edit menu, click Paste.
10. Remove the USB memory stick from the connection port and install the protective cover.
Tip: If you want to create a graph using your exported time data, verify that the computer region and language settings in Control Panel are set to English (United States). This makes sure that your time data format is compatible with Excel.

There are several steps to each of these actions.
Manage the administrator account
The factory settings for administrator account in XDUO 2500 Mixer local control software are as follows:
• User ID: Administrator
• Password: admin
It is recommended to change the administrator account password before starting to use the mixer. Follow the instructions below to change the password.
Action:
1. Log in as administrator using factory settings for administrator account.
2. Tap INFO on the home screen to open the XDUO Mixer System Info screen.
3. Tap USER ADMIN on the XDUO Mixer System Info screen to open the User Administration screen.
4. Locate Administrator in the User column (1) and tap the button in the Password column (2) to open a dialog box.
5. Type the user password in the text field and tap Return. Result: The password dialog box re-opens.
6. Close the dialog box by tapping the close button Result: The new administrator password is saved and hidden.
Add a user account
To add a user to the account, use the instructions below.
1. Tap a blank button in the User column (1) to open a dialog box.
2. Type the new user name in the text field and tap Return.
3. Tap a button in the Password column (2) to open a dialog box.
4. Type the user password in the text field and tap Return. Result: The password dialog box re-opens.
5. Close the dialog box by tapping the close button Result: The new password is saved and hidden.
6. Tap a button in the Group column (3) to open the group list.
7. In the group list, tap the applicable group name. Tap Return.
8. Tap a button in the Logoff time column (4).
Note: The logoff time specifies how long time a user can be inactive before being automatically logged out.
9. Type the applicable time in the text field and tap Return. Result: The new user account is created.
Change user properties
To change a user name, password, group, or logoff time, follow the instructions below.
1. Tap the user name (1), password (2), or logoff time (4) button for the applicable user.
2. Type the new entry in the dialog box and tap Return. Result: The new entry is recorded in the software. The user cannot log in with previous name or password anymore.
3. Tap the user group button (3) for the applicable user.
4. In the group list, tap the new group name. Tap Return.
Unlock a locked out user account
If a user fails to log in three times (for example using an incorrect password), the user account is locked. To unlock the user account, follow the instructions below.
1. Tap the button in the Group column (3) for the locked user to open the group.
2. In the group list, tap the applicable group name. Tap Return. Result: The user account is unlocked.
Delete a user account
Follow the instructions below to delete a user account.
Note: Predefined users (for example Administrator) cannot be deleted.
1. Tap the user name button (1).
• Delete the user name and tap Return. Result: The user account is deleted.
Note: Do not delete the HMIAdmin account. This account is used by Cytiva service personnel.
