Using the online store

No. You need to register for an account to start shopping online. Registering takes 2 minutes. All we need is some basic information like your name and email address. Once your account is activated you can start shopping online and use other benefits of an online account like eLearning and My Equipment.

Yes. Once you have logged in, you can navigate to your shopping cart. You will see a share cart button on the right side of the page. Enter the recipient’s name, email address, add any additional comments and they’ll receive your cart list in a few seconds.

Yes. Your private catalog is available on cytiva.com and you can purchase these products using your Cytiva account. Once you log in to your account, select My Catalog and you'll see the private products available to you. From here, you can add products to your cart or quote list. All customers can order with a valid purchase order. You’ll then be invoiced for your products.

Customers in the United States and Canada can pay via a purchase order or with a credit card.

You can apply your code in the shopping basket. You'll see the text 'click here to enter your code' above the subtotal of your cart.

No. Promotion codes can’t be applied to products that are on special offer. View our promotion terms and conditions for more information.

To cancel an order, you’ll need to contact our customer service team. You can raise a support request here, and chose the option I need help with an existing order followed by Change or cancel an order.

No. Special offers on product(s) are only applicable for online order(s).
For a quote request for online special offer product(s), it will be quoted under our list price.

Shipping

Shipping fees are charged based on the value of your order. You can learn more about shipping information here.

Please note that no shipping or handling charges will apply for orders placed in Europe.

In Europe, USA & Canda, online orders placed before 2 pm local time are usually dispatched the same day. You can also see the expected shipping dates for products on the product page. Once your order is placed, you can track it here.
For Australia, New Zealand and countries in Asia (China, Singapore, Japan), products are shipped promptly after receiving the order. Orders placed earlier in the day with local stock are likely to be shipped on the same day. Details will be provided in the order confirmation and can also be checked in My Account after you place the order.

Requesting a quote

Find the product you need and select add to quote list. You can add multiple quotes to your quote list, and once you’re ready to complete your quote request you can view your quote list and follow the steps. Once your request is submitted, we’ll usually contact you within 5 minutes in countries where online support is available.
In Australia and New Zealand, your quote request is handled during normal business hours, Monday to Friday and acknowledged within 1 working day.

In the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand, customers can redeem their quotes online if it is in the format Q-xxxxx. Simply log in and select 'quote redemption'. You can check out with a PO or credit card. Please note that credit card facilities are not yet enabled in Australia and New Zealand.
For all other countries and quotes that aren’t in format Q-xxxxx, you can place your order via email using a PO.

Once you request a quote through cytiva.com, you’ll usually hear from a member of our team within 5 minutes to acknowledge receipt of your request. Please contact that person or use the live chat feature on cytiva.com.
In Australia and New Zealand, your quote request handled during normal business hours, Monday to Friday and acknowledged within 1 working day.

Online quote redemption

A new website feature that enables you to redeem an approved quote online, with the format Q-xxxxxx , from your local Cytiva associate and place your order via our standard online eCommerce checkout process.

Yes. This is possible as long as both users are registered under the same company and parent name. Please note each quote can be redeemed only once.

Follow these steps, which are highlighted in the accompanying video

  1. Log in Log In - Cytiva (cytivalifesciences.com)
  2. Navigate to My Account section
  3. Select quote redemption
  4. Enter your quote reference, using Q-xxxxxx format
  5. Check your quote details
  6. Redeem your quote online
  7. Checkout with your purchase order number or credit card
United States, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand.

No.  Currently, only your quotes with the format Q-xxxxxx, can be redeemed in this way.

Quotes containing products from the HyClone Cell Culture portfolio and blanket quotes (i.e., multiple use quotes) can only be redeemed using a standard checkout process.

Confirm your quote is still valid and an order has not already been placed against it. Contact your local Cytiva associate for further support.

A standard quote provides a fixed price for a specific product or service for a one-time purchase and is valid for a certain period. A standard quote can be redeemed online. A blanket quote is an agreement to supply goods or services at a set price for regular, recurring purchases over a longer period. A blanket quote cannot be redeemed online.

My Account

Registration is required to shop online, and you also get access to exclusive benefits, including:

  • View your order history and track your orders.
  • United States, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand customers can place an order using a quote reference.
  • My Equipment – manage your Cytiva equipment in one place. Access service history, review service contracts and book a service.
  • eLearning – Build your skills and continue your education with a wide selection of life science courses.

Registration takes less than 2 minutes. Start here: https://cytiva.com/register submit basic details like your name, email address, and chosen password. You’ll receive an email to activate your account and complete your profile with your company name, shipping address, etc.

Login to your My Account. From the navigation panel, select Address Book. Once selected, you can add and remove any saved addresses.

Visit the login page and select Forgot password. You just need to provide the email address you used when you registered, and you’ll receive an email from us with password reset instructions.

Login to your My Account. From the navigation panel, select view account. This leads you to the main My Account page and you should see a box in the second row labeled My Sales Team, where you can view contact information for your Cytiva sales representatives.

Simply log into My Account and navigate to the Orders section. From here, select the order of interest and then view or download your invoice.
Please note that online invoices are available for past online and offline orders.
Online invoices are not yet available in India, China, Hong Kong, and Italy.

Re-ordering is now easier than ever. You can simply follow these steps, which are also described in the accompanying video:

  1. Login to Cytiva (cytivalifesciences.com)
  2. Navigate to My Account section
  3. Go to Orders to view your orders history
  4. Select the relevant order
  5. Select All or choose the specific products
  6. Select the Re-order button
  7. Choose Add to Cart and access your shopping cart to adjust the quantity desired to complete your order
