The proprietary CAP™ Ad cell line, based on human suspension cells, is tailored for adenoviral vector production that minimizes replication-competent adenovirus (RCA). Suitable for applications ranging from research to industrial-scale production.

The ELEVECTA™ packaging cell lines contains all genes stably integrated except the transgene. This allows easy screening of several assets using the same capsid (hence targeting the same tissue).

The ELEVECTA™ producer cell line is a stable cell line for inducible AAV production. It is a true producer cell line that has all required genes stably integrated into the host cell's genome. It requires only an induction step to initiate AAV production.

The ELEVECTA™ transient cell line is a flexible option for producing viral vectors using triple transfection. It’s designed to minimize development time and quickly advance promising candidates to clinical trials.
