概述

LevMixer™ 系统配备专利悬浮叶轮，凭借自动化与数据控制功能，可对罐体体积为 10–1600 L 的剪切敏感型应用进行温和、可放大的混合。专为兼容一次性系统而设计，并且经过优化可在符合 cGMP 标准的洁净室中使用。

自动化就绪架构
支持数据追踪、21 CFR Part 11 合规审计追踪以及以太网连接，可无缝集成至数字化环境。
集成系统
监测重量的称重传感器，以及监测 pH 值、温度和电导的传感器，可实时监控工艺参数（电导传感器仅适用于 50-1600 L 规格）。
全包裹式换热夹套可实现精准的加热与冷却控制。
可放大混合平台
该平台支持 10-1600 L 的可放大混合，具有一致的混合性能，可实现从研发到生产的灵活部署。
