Antibody capture of GST fusion proteins enables the GST 96-Well Detection Module to yield highly specific detection. The pre-blocked plates prevent non-specific binding, yield very low background and permit extremely high sensitivity as compared with other commercially available products. Each GST 96-Well Detection Plate is an array of 12 strips with 8 wells each that permits detection to be performed on as few as eight samples (one strip) at a time. Each dry plate is supplied in a resealable pouch. If fewer than 96 wells are used, the remaining strips may be safely stored in the pouch until needed.

GST 96-Well Detection Module is part of the GST Gene Fusion System, which provides an integrated approach for the expression, purification and detection of GST fusion proteins produced in E. coli.
