About course
This training program provides comprehensive training for operators of the AquaWIT V filter integrity testing instrument. The curriculum takes a blended learning approach, shown to increase knowledge retention rates by up to 60% (1). By combining digital training methods and using modern adult learning techniques, the program ensures maximum training effectiveness.
After completion of this program, you will be able to:
- understand the fundamentals of filter integrity testing, filtration in bioprocessing, and direct flow filtration (DFF)
- describe and identify equipment key parts and functionality
- perform water intrusion, filter integrity, bubble point, and forward flow tests as well as operate the MUX and Flush set extensions
The program is designed to complement in-person training, ensuring confidence and competence in the shortest possible time. The curriculum spans from foundations to detailed instructions on how to operate the equipment. The on-demand digital components, such as eLearnings and instructional videos allow users to learn at their convenience. We estimate around 6 hours to complete the program, which includes repeating some of the training elements.
