About course

This training program offers comprehensive learning for operators of Flowstar V integrity test instruments. The curriculum uses a blended learning approach to help increase knowledge retention by up to 60% (1). By combining digital training methods with modern adult learning techniques, the program helps maximize learning effectiveness. 

After completing this program, you will be able to: 

- describe key steps and instruments in mAb, AAV, mRNA, and pDNA processes. 

- explain the fundamentals of filtration, DFF, and filter integrity testing. 

- identify the key components of the system. 

- set up, start, operate, and troubleshoot your system.

Including VR in learning can reduce operator onboarding time by up to 50% (2), while on-demand digital components allow learning at their own convenience. 

 

The program includes VR operator training and troubleshooting, virtual process tours, interactive eLearnings, a product overview, and step-by-step instructional videos. It is designed to complement in-person training, helping ensure confidence and competence in a short timeframe. Considering repeating some of the training elements, we estimate around 18 hours to complete the program.
