About course
This training program provides comprehensive training for operators of Xcellerex™ X-200 bioreactor system. The curriculum takes a blended learning approach, shown to increase knowledge retention rates by up to 60% (1). By combining digital training methods and using modern adult learning techniques, the program ensures maximum training effectiveness.
The curriculum spans from foundations to detailed instructions and hands-on experience through virtual reality (VR) training.
After completion of this program, you will be able to:
- identify the equipment in your production area.
- describe each element making up the system.
- understand how to handle and troubleshoot the system.
- explain the fundamentals of bioreactors, cell culture, and single-use system handling and inspection.

The program includes VR operator training, virtual process tours, virtual product discovery, interactive eLearning, product overview, and step-by-step instructional videos.
